Re: My Macaroni and Cheese (with or without bacon)

Up yours, Pizza Hut. I'm sure my mac and cheese would kick yours up one side of the street and down the other.

Moreso since I decided to cook up some pancetta and capocolla and shred it into my mix tonight.

Take your 'Mac and Cheese with Bacon' and fly a kite. XD

(Note to self: Turn the pan down on the frying next time. Smoke inhalation is not your friend.)

Well, if I get a chance to hop up MD-way after October, maybe I'll have to come buy and cook for you. ;) My mac would last you a couple of days at least. :>

:D
Macaroni (I used 'multigrain' this time, but any is good).
Enough milk to pour out three cups worth.
Cheeeeeeeese. Simple swiss and a good cheddar are fine but if there's more variety available then that'd be great.
Optional: Sliced pancetta and capocolla to cook up. I just tried that this time and YUM!

Mmmmmmm.... STEAK.
