ginkage: Cropped head shot from a Mucha painting. (Crazy Saionji)
Hump day. Last day of the major cheese sampling. I have declared that, save for English Blue Stilton and Gorgonzola Piccante, I HATE Blue Cheeses. Especially Roquefort. Oh, that is foul.

Yet, despite the inundation of cheese, I am taking some home. Here's a list.

St. Andre Brie (triple creme brie, de-vine)
St. Albray Brie
Ile De France Brie (most popular in American since 1936) in petite size and wedge
Ile De France Petite Buche with Herbs (very good goat cheese)
EMMI Kalbach Cave Aged Gruyere
EMMI Swiss Emmentaller (Imported swiss cheese)
Belle Blanche Goat Gouda (one chunk for me, one for a store manager)
Chaumes (similar to Muenster but lighter)
Cantalet (expensive-ass French cheese but SOOOOOO good)
Frico Gouda
Il Villagio d'Allevo Asiago
Il Villagio d'Allevo Gourmet Mozzarella
Il Villagio d'Allevo Mascarpone (nice, deep tub)
Manouri (WONDERFUL sheep's milk cheese)
Fiscaline Farmstead Purple Moon (Brined in Cabernet Sauvignon. OMG)
Gourmandise with Walnuts (Whipped smoked cheese with walnuts layered between)

I am in cheeeeese heeeeeaven. Especially with the St. Andre Brie.
