A VERY happy February, all things considered!

I got my modem today and have internet once more!!! Hooray!

Took me a while to post this, but I couldn't sleep (which is bad since I work at 6am) and needed something to calm my mind down.

My left leg is recovering nicely from an abrupt brush with a table and a tile floor at work on Tuesday. Tomorrow I go back to work after having taken a much-needed day of rest to assess all the damage. Going to be goose-eggy for a while but nothing appears broken, torn, or severly out of whack. Blessings, indeed.

Hopefully, since I get off at 1:30pm the next two days, I'll be able to take some time and finish putting my apartment together. Things are still in boxes because I have been oh-so-slammed with work. If it wasn't for the knee, I'd have had a ten day workweek with yo-yo hours. Oy.

Oh well. Think I can sleep now.

At the same time, I will post a happy fun photo of myself with my little QuickCam I got. Hopefully this works and people can see the, well, lack of lengths I have taken my hair to since Christmas. :)

Ouch! Hope the leg is okay. :S I think this is the first time i've seen a pic of you! Is your hair usually shorter?

Well, for comparison, when I started dolling about five years ago my hair was down to my waist. :) It was so heavy I was starting to get thin up top. I had it all shaved off on the bottom and the rest cut about to my chin at one point but then that grew out messily. So...off it all went to about five or six inches long all over.

I don't know if I'll ever go back to long hair. At least, I won't for a while.
